DMARC
[show_breadcrumb]
DMARC stands for "Domain-based Email Authentication, Reporting & Conformance. DMARC is a mechanism that uses the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) to assess the authenticity of an email message. Unlike SPF and DKIM, a properly configured DMARC policy can instruct the recipient server to accept or reject an email from a specific sender.
Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) is a mechanism that allows authentication of the origin and content of email messages.
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is an e-mail authentication framework designed to detect and block fake or spoofed emails. SPF has become increasingly important in helping to validate that networks should send emails on behalf of your domain which directly affects the distribution.
